Jamie Pawelski
Director
Jamie began his journey with Capricorn Roofing in 2006 as an apprentice roof plumber. After initially qualifying as a cabinet maker, he decided it was time for a career outdoors and found his passion in the roofing industry.
Since completing his apprenticeship, Jamie has managed roofing projects across Australia, including the Sunshine Coast, Karratha, Newman, Perth, and Adelaide. While commercial roofing is his specialty, his extensive experience spans all aspects of metal roofing, giving him the knowledge and expertise to deliver quality outcomes on projects of every size.
Known for his approachable nature and strong relationships with both clients and team members, Jamie takes pride in providing honest advice, practical solutions, and exceptional service.
In 2019, Jamie and Scott purchased Capricorn Roofing together. Following Scott’s retirement in 2025, Jamie became the sole owner and now proudly leads the business.

Supervisor
Adam has a huge range of knowledge that he has gained from working within the industry since 2005.
His knowledge of both residential and commercial projects ensures your roof is delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget.

Dylan
Supervisor/ Estimator
Dylan is the Estimator at Capricorn Roofing and oversees our residential roofing projects from quotation through to completion. With more than 16 years of experience in the roofing and scaffolding industry, he brings extensive knowledge and practical expertise to every project.
Dylan is committed to delivering accurate estimates, clear communication, and quality outcomes, ensuring each project is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Ashlea
Accounts & Marketing
Ashlea joined Capricorn Roofing in 2021, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and business operations. Prior to joining the team, she worked with Stockland across their commercial property portfolio as a Customer Service Executive.
Today, Ashlea oversees the day-to-day operations of Capricorn Roofing and is more than likely the first person you’ll speak with when you get in touch. She is dedicated to ensuring every customer receives friendly, efficient service and that each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
